As our customers remain our top priority, we've decided to extend our exchange policy to 60 days over the holiday period due to high demand and shipping delays.
To make an exchange, you'll just need to return the item to us within those 60 days of purchase. Once we have received your item back at our facility, we can issue you a full refund for the item. When you have returned your item, you can go ahead and re-order your desired size.
As the holidays are a busy time for us all, you can now return your items within 60 days of purchase.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in a sellable condition for a full refund (for the items) within this time frame.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the return once it's received.
