PROMOTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following are the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of Products through our Services. By placing an order for Products through the Services, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PURCHASES
You agree that your order through the Services is an offer to buy all Products listed in your order. We must accept your order before we are obligated to sell the Products to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Edikted reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time, at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. These limitations may be based on orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
During the process of placing an order through our Services, you must provide us with all your full and accurate information in order to receive your Products. Our fulfillment of your order relies on you providing us with correct information, including the correct delivery address and delivery instructions. You may be asked to provide additional delivery details upon our request from time to time.
If you enter an incorrect address to which Products are shipped or delivered, Edikted is not obligated to re-send Products to the correct address or provide you with a refund or credit.
PRODUCTS NOT FOR RESALE OR EXPORT
When you place an order through our Services, You represent and warrant that you are buying our Products for your own personal or household use (or to give as a gift for someone else’s personal or household use), and not for resale, export, or other commercial use or distribution.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted through our Services or pursuant to your enquiry with us are listed in US Dollars (USD). All costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion rate can vary depending on your banking institution. We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on or through our Services from time to time, in our sole discretion and without any obligation to give notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price changes will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include state or local taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your order total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
PAYMENT
Edikted accepts payment via debit/credit card (including, for example, Visa and Mastercard) on or through our Services, and via PayPal or Shop Pay when you purchase on or through our Services. Once payment processing is completed, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. You represent and warrant that (i) the debit/credit card or payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such debit/credit card or payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or financial institution, as applicable, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted through the Services at the time of your order. You may also make payments in installments for purchases made on or through our Services via Afterpay. All payments shall be in USD. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We do not store your debit/credit card or other payment information. By placing an order or making a purchase through our Services, you acknowledge that your payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Shop Pay) and is subject to your separate agreement with such third-party payment processor’s terms and conditions and acknowledgement of its privacy policy.
E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By making a purchase through our Services and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you also consent to receive e-mail communications from us in relation to Edikted, including information relating to our Products, promotions, special offers, or any other transactional or commercial message. Of course, you may at any time, opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us by (i) clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email or (ii) informing us that you no longer wish to receive commercial messages, using the “Contact Us” link on our Site.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS; SHIPMENT AND RISK OF LOSS
All purchases made on or through our Services are processed on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you. We will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your Product orders. Unless otherwise noted, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship Products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or related to delays in shipments or delivery. You further understand that Product availability may be limited, and Products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the Products will be delivered when they become available. If your order is delayed, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you. If we cannot contact you, or you no longer wish to receive the item, we will cancel the order and promptly refund the amount tendered within seven (7) business days if the purchase was made using a third-party credit card. All Products purchased through the Services are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We may reject orders where the stated delivery address is outside of the United States or, if processed, you may be responsible for the payment of excise, tariff, or other fees as mandated by applicable jurisdiction.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Edikted may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to fulfill it (in whole or in part). In this situation, we will contact you should this occur. Additionally, failure to provide additional details upon request may result in cancellation and refund of the order. We will not provide you with compensation for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation in these situations. As we rely on third parties to expedite the delivery of your order, you may not cancel your order once it has been processed.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a Product be missing from an order when received or should you receive an incorrect Product, please Contact Us directly at hello@edikted.com, with the order number, Product name, and code, and we will use commercially reasonably efforts to investigate and, if deemed necessary in our sole discretion, remediate the issue.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTION CODES
Discount codes are one-time use only and exclude gift cards and may be subject to additional exclusions as we may communicate from time to time. We reserve the right to limit, prohibit, or cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to misuse a discount code.
LOCAL DUTIES & TAXES
As taxes and local duty costs vary by location, by purchasing the Products, you authorize Edikted to ship the Products to you and import the Products on your behalf (if you are shopping outside of the United States) and to charge you with the applicable duties & taxes in addition to the purchase price of the Products (including, sales tax or customs). Further, by purchasing our Products, you agree that Edikted may delegate the obligation to ship and import the Products on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker).
CUSTOMER REMEDIES
If you have an issue with any Product purchased under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, subject to your right to exchange or return an item, we may, at our sole option and discretion, do one or more of the following: 1) replace the Product or provide a substantially equivalent Product; 2) repair or pay for the cost of repairing the Product; or 3) pay for the cost of replacing the Product or acquiring a substantially equivalent item. If we do any of the above, it will serve as your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim relating to such Product.
