US Returns

  • We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition, provided the tag is still attached, for a refund.
  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • We kindly ask that you don’t combine multiple orders in a single return, as this can complicate processing for our team. To ensure a smooth return process, please initiate separate returns for each order number.
How to return?

  2. Enter your order number and zip code to begin processing your return inquiry.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Choose your preferred return option: either via the post office or a Happy Returns location.
  5. After you submit your inquiry, you will receive an email with either a QR code or a shipping label.
  6. If you plan to drop off your items at a Happy Returns Bar, no packaging is needed. However, if you choose to send your return through the post office, please securely package your items (if possible, use the original packaging, as this is important for a smooth return process).
  7. Once you drop off your items, you should receive an email confirmation of your refund. If you returned the items through the post office, an email confirmation will be sent within 72 hours.

  3. Select the items you wish to return and the sizes you prefer to receive in exchange.
  4. Choose your preferred return option: either a post office or a Happy Returns location.
  5. After submitting your inquiry, you will receive an email with either a QR code or a shipping label for your return.
  6. If you are dropping off your items at a Happy Returns Bar, there is no need for packaging. However, if you choose to send your return through the post office, please pack your items securely.
  7. Once you drop off your items, you should receive an email confirmation of your exchange order. If you return your items through the post office, the email confirmation will be sent within a couple of days.
  8. Exchange orders will be shipped using standard shipping, which may take up to 6 business days to arrive, excluding weekends and holidays.
What are the costs for returns and exchanges?
  • For all US returns, we will deduct $4.90 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label. All US exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
  • Please note that shipping charges, discounts, and package protection fees are non-refundable.
Store Returns
  • You can return items purchased online or in-store to any of our locations within 60 days of the purchase date.
    • In-Store Purchases: Please return items bought in-store to one of our stores, as they cannot be returned online.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If you’d like to make a new purchase, feel free to shop in-store!
How Does BUY 1 GET 1 Promo Work?

When purchasing with our BOGO offer, the discount amount that was reduced from the lower-priced item is applied proportionally across all items that are purchased. When sending the return back, the refund will reflect the original sale price reduced by the proportionally applied refund.

Item A is originally priced at $60 and Item B is originally $40 coming to an original cost of $100. Because of the BOGO sale, the refund applied across all items was 40%. If Item A is returned, the refund amount will be $36 (40% of $60) and if Item B is returned, then the refund amount will be $24. (40% of $40) Which comes to the total amount paid, $60.

  2. Enter your order number and email to begin.
  3. Choose the items you wish to return.
  4. Submit your inquiry and print out the return note.
  5. Pack your return items securely. If possible, use the original packaging.
  6. Take your package to your local post office. Purchase a return label and send it back to the address provided on the return note.
  7. Make sure to request a trackable return so we can monitor the whereabouts of your package.
  8. Save your receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund.
  9. Once we approve your return, it may take up to 10 business days to process it before we issue your refund. After your refund is issued, you will receive a notification via email. Please allow an additional 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

* Customers returning from the UK have the option to return items using a prepaid return label for a fee of £5.
