SALES ASSOCIATE ((MINNEAPOLIS / LA) +

STORE MANAGER (MINNEAPOLIS) +

The Store Manager is responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in the Store by setting a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience. The Store Manager will ensure to have the Best Team and support their development, as well as work with talent and leadership development and structured performance management for the Store Team based on results, values, and leadership. The Store Manager will work in accordance with legal requirements and Edikted Expectations, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

This position reports to our Head of retail manager  and has the following direct reports: Store Assistant Manager, Store  Supervisors, Visual Merchandisers  and Sales Associate.

Your Day to Day*

Sales and Profit

  • Regularly analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results
  • Ensure store operations, Edikted standards, and best practices are followed including proper scheduling to maximize conversion and enable commercial activities (New styles, Sales, Events, Tasks, and Routines, etc.) and excellent customer service keeping within the sales budget of allocated hours
  •  Prioritize actions and provide feedback on store allocations to secure a good garment level that has a clear impact on selling
  • Ensure that the maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way
  • Actively prevent loss together with Store Team and ensure that all appropriate Audit guidelines are being followed
  • Actively participate in executing store routines and tasks including but not limited to the delivery truck, garment processing, reductions, and price changes

People and Teams

  • Oversee and manage recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for the Store in line with Edikted best practices
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of Store Team members; execute evaluations, development plans, feedback, and follow-ups, and take actions to improve performance to support the business needs
  • Ensure regular and clear communication to the Store team on Business Performance, Company Culture & Values, and Company goals through daily Store Meetings and weekly/monthly Leadership Meetings
  • Ensure that health & safety, legal, and security issues are being handled to Edikted  standards and local laws, securing the employee and customer safety at all times
  • Strengthen our Company Culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and coach the Store Team to do the same

Financial Accountability

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (MINNEAPOLIS) +

At Edikted as an Assistant Manager  you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by setting a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the store . The Assistant Manager will ensure that you have the Best Team and support their development, as well as work with succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management for the team based on results, values, and leadership. The Assistant Manager will work in accordance with legal requirements and Edikted standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

This position reports to the Store Manager and has the following direct reports:  Supervisors, Visual Merchandisers and Sales Advisor.

Your Day to Day*

Sales and Profit

  • Regularly analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for the Store with the Visual Merchandisers.  Secure that actions are taken to maximize selling. Support the Visual Merchandisers with these actions by securing the hours and staff needed for a successful execution
  • Together with the store management team, secure store operations, and best practices are followed through proper scheduling to maximize conversion and enable commercial activities (New styles, Sales, Events, etc.) and excellent customer service keeping within the sales budget of allocated hours.
  • Plan and prioritize actions together with your team that have a clear impact on selling and ensure the implementation of the Commercial requires. 
  • Ensure  Customer Service standards are always delivered through active coaching and leading by example
  • Actively participate in executing store routines and tasks including but not limited to the delivery truck, garment processing, reductions, department moves and price change
  • Actively prevent loss and ensure the store follows appropriate safety and security guidelines
  • Give input to the Store Manager on allocation and replenishment to secure garment levels according to sales trends and inform the Store Manager of any potential risks, threats, and opportunities related to the competitor landscape

  • Evaluate and manage the performance of the store team members; give regular feedback, execute Evaluations, development plans, and follow ups and take actions to improve performance and develop the team

HR SPECIALIST (LA) +

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Edikted team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.

Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days).
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. 
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.

Store Supervisor (MINNEAPOLIS / LA) +

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the store. The Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and Edikted standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. This position reports to our Assistant store Manager and Store Manager and has the following direct reports: dotted line to Sales Associates.

Your Day to Day

  • Together with the store management team, ensure store operations, Edikted standards, and best practices are followed through proper scheduling to maximize conversion and enable commercial activities (Move, Sales, Events, etc.) and excellent customer service keeping within the sales budget of allocated hours.
  • Ensure Customer Service standards are always delivered through active coaching and leading by example
  • Ensure the maintenance of the sales floor is managed in a cost-efficient way to meet Edikted standards and initiate actions accordingly with the store management team
  • Perform all store routines, including the opening and closing of the store, following all Company practices and procedures
  • Ensure that the Shipment is processed and follow up to ensure the execution according to guidelines
  • Actively prevent loss and ensure the store follows appropriate safety and security guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales with the Department Manager and then execute changes accordingly

People and Teams

  • Ensure clear communication to Store team on business performance, company culture, training focuses through daily Behind the Seams Meetings and participating in leadership meetings
  • Work with timekeeping and scheduling system as part of opening/closing routines
  • May be asked to train other supervisors as well as complete projects on an as needed basis for their development
  • Ensure that all employee issues are immediately brought to the attention of management team
  • Assist the management team in the day-to-day supervision of staff by directing and overseeing workflow within the store

Visual Merchandiser (MINNEAPOLIS / LA) +

Working at the heart of a fast-pasted fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser will create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. This role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with Edikted brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible for implementing Visual Identity. The Visual Merchandiser will meet the expectations of customers & colleagues at all times, as well as following all Edikted procedures & standards. This position reports to our Store Manager.

Your Day to Day*

  • Sales and Profit The Visual Merchandiser will set the garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Guide line. Together with the Store Manager, the Visual Merchandiser will determine additional commercial opportunities in the store within Edikted brand guidelines. The role will execute floor moves based on those joint decisions.
  • Fashion Knowledge Ensure you are up to date with current fashion trends
  • Share, inspire and educate the store team on seasonal trend information, upcoming campaigns, and brand standards

Fashion Knowledge

  • Ensure you meet customer expectations on direct service.
  • Support the store to achieve an excellent customer experience.

Indirect Customer Service

  • Follow up Edikted Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial Guide line and secure well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
  • Create a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions.
  • Ensure high-quality garment presentation every day together with the store team
  • Maintain clear customer flow through fixture placement and navigation in line with Edikted standards
  • Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time and according to Edikted standards.

Commercial Routines

  • Together with the Store Manager, you follow up on Store KPIs & initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets.
  • Adapt the store planning according to store needs and budget from the Commercial plan.
  • Complete and act on the Best Brand portion of the Customer Experience Tool to maximize commercial opportunities.

Visual Store Operations Routines

  • Complete the sample picking as well as execute the floor moves in a way that creates clear stories and wearable buying suggestions
  • Complete all sales floor and window morning routines daily before the store is open
  • Ensure quantity and maintain the condition of all incoming visual props and marketing material with a sustainability mindset.
  • Keep the visual room organized and safe.
  • Keep all Visual materials in the store current and share information with the team on seasonal changes.
  • Paint & maintain the windows as necessary.

People and teams

The Visual Merchandiser will support the Store team to enhance customer and working experience in-store through coaching and development. Together with the Store Management team.

Training and Development

  • Evaluate & develop the visual and commercial skills of the store team through regular visual training for all colleagues to support garment presentation in line with the Commercial Guide line.
  • Maintain overview, follow up, and give feedback while executing floor moves together with the store team.
  • Identify future Visual Merchandiser talent for succession.

Communication and Legal Requirements

  • Ensure that all communication in the windows and on the sales floor complies with local legislation.

Security

  • Work in accordance with Edikted standards and local legislation with health & safety and security routines, to guarantee you, your colleagues, and customer safety at all times
  • Follow all procedures and routines regarding safety, security, and administrative processes in all areas of the store
