Securely pack items. If available, please use the original packaging.
Print a return note and place it inside your package.
Take your package to your local post office (AusPost/DHL/Royal Mail/Canada Post/etc), purchase the return label and send it back to the address provided on the return note.
Be sure to request a trackable return so we can keep track of your package.
Return must be submitted within 45 days from purchase date.
REFUND OPTIONS:
US:
We'll issue your refund to the original payment method, once your original items have been returned to us. Please allow 3 processing days for your refund to appear back in your account. We will deduct $4.90 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label.
Outside US:
Once we have received your return, it can take 5-10 business days for us to process it before issuing a refund. Please remember that we don’t issue a refund for the shipping cost of your original package or your return package.
Exchange
US: Feel free to opt for our exchange option where you can easily select your item in a new size. As soon as you have sent us your old item/s, we will go ahead and send out your exchange order. Exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer. Please be aware that you are able to exchange only sizes, but not colors or one item on completely different item.
Outside US: We don’t offer direct exchanges for international customers. Please process your return through the link provided above and create a new order with the exchange items.

"I love these shorts. My daughter borrows them from me all the time. She loves this outfit too. I opted to buy this in a size small to get a little bit more cheek coverage. If you are between sizes, you just have to decide how much of your bum you want peeking out of the bottom of the shorts. Since my daughter likes wearing this to school, I opted to go with the larger size to get a little bit more coverage in the back. We are both size extra small but the small fits beautifully. It is exceptionally well-made for the price. I couldn’t be happier. For reference I weigh between 108 and 112 pounds. My waist is a 24. 5 inches and my hips are 35. 5 inches. My daughter is 5’3”. She weighs 115 pounds. Her waist is 24 inches. Her hips are 35 inches and she found the size small to be very comfortable although she is younger and could certainly get away with a snugger fit. She was happy with the size small so we share this outfit and I absolutely love it. I washed it on a regular cycle in cool water inside of a mesh laundry bag. I put it in the dryer on medium heat inside the laundry bag. They tolerated the wash and dryer well. I did a light ironing on the edges because I like my knit to lay flat without curling."
