Securely pack items. If available, please use the original packaging.
Print a return note and place it inside your package.
Take your package to your local post office (AusPost/DHL/Royal Mail/Canada Post/etc), purchase the return label and send it back to the address provided on the return note.
Be sure to request a trackable return so we can keep track of your package.
Return must be submitted within 45 days from purchase date.
REFUND OPTIONS:
US:
We'll issue your refund to the original payment method, once your original items have been returned to us. Please allow 3 processing days for your refund to appear back in your account. We will deduct $4.90 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label.
Outside US:
Once we have received your return, it can take 5-10 business days for us to process it before issuing a refund. Please remember that we don’t issue a refund for the shipping cost of your original package or your return package.
Exchange
US: Feel free to opt for our exchange option where you can easily select your item in a new size. As soon as you have sent us your old item/s, we will go ahead and send out your exchange order. Exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer. Please be aware that you are able to exchange only sizes, but not colors or one item on completely different item.
Outside US: We don’t offer direct exchanges for international customers. Please process your return through the link provided above and create a new order with the exchange items.

Beautiful but Sizing Runs Small
"The shirt is beautiful in person, just like in the photo. I loved the quality and design. My impression is that this brand runs smaller than expected. I usually wear a M, but I ordered an XL (the biggest size) and it fits perfectly: not too loose, not too tight, comfortable, and it drapes nicely without showing my stomach, which was exactly what I wanted. If you want it to fit snug but well, I recommend ordering one size up; if you want it comfortable, with a nice drape but not too loose, go two sizes up. Just a note: the sizing on this brand doesn’t really match standard sizes, so someone who normally wears XL might not fit into this XL properly, and if they do, it could be tight and short, almost like a crop top. Shipping to Chile was super fast it arrived in just 4 days with no extra customs fees. What you pay when you order is all you spend. Great purchase, highly recommend it! ——————————————————————— La polera es hermosa en persona, tal cual como se ve en la foto. Me encantó la calidad y el diseño. Mi impresión es que esta marca talla un poco más chica de lo que uno esperaría. Yo normalmente uso M, pero pedí una XL (la más grande disponible) y me quedó perfecta: ni suelta ni ajustada, cómoda y con buena caída, y lo mejor es que no se me ve el estómago, que era justo lo que quería. Si quieren que les quede ajustada pero bien, recomiendo pedir una talla más; si la quieren cómoda, con buena caída pero sin quedar holgada, pidan dos tallas más. Ojo: el tallaje de esta marca no corresponde del todo a lo que uno esperaría, así que alguien que normalmente use XL podría no entrar en esta XL, y si le llegara a quedar, probablemente sería ajustada y corta, casi tipo crop top. El envío a Chile fue rapidísimo, llegó en solo 4 días y sin cobros extras de aduana; lo que pagas en la compra es lo único que gastas. Muy buena compra, la recomiendo 100%."
